Cancellations and Modifications
As a small family business, we ask that guests commit to their bookings as much as they can. If you must cancel or modify your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so that we have time to re-advertise the room.
Cancellations and modifications are free up to 1 month before the check-in date.
Cancellations and modifications made between 15-30 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% penalty fee for the full booking amount.
Cancellations and modifications made within 14 days before the check-in date will incur a 100% penalty fee for the full booking amount.
If you're unsure about cancelling, modification and penalty fees or you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
Check-in and Check-out
Where possible, we always try to give our guests free early check-in or late check-out so that they can make the most of their stay at Tai Marino. Our default check-in and check-out times are:
Check-in: 3pm - 8pm
Check-out: 8am - 10am
House Rules
- Currently our property does not accommodate children
- Our facility does not have extra cots or beds
- The age requirement to check in is 18
- Smoking is prohibited
- Parties and events are not permitted
- Pets are not welcomed
- Overnight guests are not permitted without hosts' approval
- We ask you refrain from wearing shoes in the bungalow
Payment
We prefer payment in cash on arrival. However, we do accept other methods of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers and international telegraphic transfers. Please contact us if you wish to pay via cash/bank transfer/ITT.
The following cards are accepted by Tai Marino Beach Bungalows, albeit we do reserve the right to hold an amount before to arrival:

- Union Pay
- Plus
- JCB
Do keep in mind that paying by card will incur a 3.5% surcharge. We encourage you to make payment in cash on arrival to avoid these fees. Contact us directly if you have any queries.
Transfers
Airport transfers are free when you stay at Tai Marino. Guests are asked to provide their departure and arrival times as soon as possible which not only helps with our own planning but can help determine whether early check-in and late check-out is possible.
If transferring from another accommodation to/from Tai Marino, it is up to our staff to determine in each case if free transfers are possible. Transfer times will conicide with our default check-in and check-out times. To know more about this or to find out if free transfers are applicable in your case, please contact us.
